One of that hardest steps to take when you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, substance use, or emotional issue is to reach out and ask for help. If you or someone you know needs help, call the Colorado Crisis Support Line at 1-844-493-TALK or text TALK to 38255 to speak to a counselor or peer specialist. All these confidential services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!


There are are six walk-in crisis centers located throughout the Denver/Boulder metro area that also provide immediate in-person support, information and referrals.
