Kate is a Colorado native. Kate has been working for Jefferson Center since 2011. Prior to that, she was an intern with Jefferson Center in the CrossRoads and Mt. View programs. She started her work as a therapist working with a team that provided intensive in-home family therapy. Kate loves working in the community with families in the middle of life’s most difficult circumstances. Kate moved over to the ROAD and CrossRoads program in 2016 as a manager. Kate holds a MA in Community Counseling from Denver Seminary and a BA in English Literature from The University of Colorado-Boulder. Kate is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, hike, camp, exercise, walk, cook and bake.
